撒下21:1 大卫年间有饥荒，一连三年，大卫就求问耶和华。耶和华说：“这饥荒是因扫罗和他流人血之家，杀死基遍人。”
撒下21:1 Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites.
撒下21:2 原来这基遍人不是以色列人，乃是亚摩利人中所剩的。以色列人曾向他们起誓，不杀灭他们，扫罗却为以色列人和犹大人大发热心，想要杀灭他们。大卫王召了他们来，
撒下21:2 And the king called the Gibeonites, and said unto them; (now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites; and the children of Israel had sworn unto them: and Saul sought to slay them in his zeal to the children of Israel and Judah.)
撒下21:3 问他们说：“我当为你们怎样行呢？可用什么赎这罪，使你们为耶和华的产业祝福呢？”
撒下21:3 Wherefore David said unto the Gibeonites, What shall I do for you? and wherewith shall I make the atonement, that ye may bless the inheritance of the LORD?
撒下21:4 基遍人回答说：“我们和扫罗与他家的事并不关乎金银，也不要因我们的缘故杀一个以色列人。”大卫说：“你们怎样说，我就为你们怎样行。”
撒下21:4 And the Gibeonites said unto him, We will have no silver nor gold of Saul, nor of his house; neither for us shalt thou kill any man in Israel. And he said, What ye shall say, that will I do for you.
撒下21:5 他们对王说：“那从前谋害我们、要灭我们、使我们不得再住以色列境内的人，
撒下21:5 And they answered the king, The man that consumed us, and that devised against us that we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the coasts of Israel,
撒下21:6 现在愿将他的子孙七人交给我们，我们好在耶和华面前，将他们悬挂在耶和华拣选扫罗的基比亚。”王说：“我必交给你们。”
撒下21:6 Let seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang them up unto the LORD in Gibeah of Saul, whom the LORD did choose. And the king said, I will give them.
撒下21:7 王因为曾与扫罗的儿子约拿单指着耶和华起誓结盟，就爱惜扫罗的孙子，约拿单的儿子米非波设，不交出来，
撒下21:7 But the king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of Saul, because of the LORD's oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul.
撒下21:8 却把爱雅的女儿利斯巴给扫罗所生的两个儿子亚摩尼，米非波设，和扫罗女儿米甲的姐姐给米何拉人巴西莱儿子亚得列所生的五个儿子，
撒下21:8 But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite:
撒下21:9 交在基遍人的手里。基遍人就把他们在耶和华面前，悬挂在山上，这七人就一同死亡。被杀的时候正是收割的日子，就是动手割大麦的时候。
撒下21:9 And he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the hill before the LORD: and they fell all seven together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, in the beginning of barley harvest.
撒下21:10 爱雅的女儿利斯巴用麻布在磐石上搭棚，从动手收割的时候，直到天降雨在尸身上的时候，日间不容空中的雀鸟落在尸身上，夜间不让田野的走兽前来糟践。
撒下21:10 And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped upon them out of heaven, and suffered neither the birds of the air to rest on them by day, nor the beasts of the field by night.
撒下21:11 有人将扫罗的妃嫔爱雅女儿利斯巴所行的这事告诉大卫。
撒下21:11 And it was told David what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the concubine of Saul, had done.
撒下21:12 大卫就去从基列雅比人那里将扫罗和他儿子约拿单的骸骨搬了来，是因非利士人从前在基利波杀扫罗，将尸身悬挂在伯珊的街市上，基列雅比人把尸身偷了去。
撒下21:12 And David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son from the men of Jabeshgilead, which had stolen them from the street of Bethshan, where the Philistines had hanged them, when the Philistines had slain Saul in Gilboa:
撒下21:13 大卫将扫罗和他儿子约拿单的骸骨从那里搬了来，又收殓被悬挂七人的骸骨。
撒下21:13 And he brought up from thence the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son; and they gathered the bones of them that were hanged.
撒下21:14 将扫罗和他儿子约拿单的骸骨葬在便雅悯的洗拉，在扫罗父亲基士的坟墓里。众人行了王所吩咐的。此后 神垂听国民所求的。
撒下21:14 And the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son buried they in the country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the sepulchre of Kish his father: and they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God was intreated for the land.
撒下21:15 非利士人与以色列人打仗，大卫带领仆人下去，与非利士人接战，大卫就疲乏了，
撒下21:15 Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down, and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines: and David waxed faint.
撒下21:16 伟人的一个儿子以实比诺要杀大卫。他的铜枪重三百舍客勒，又佩着新刀。
撒下21:16 And Ishbibenob, which was of the sons of the giant, the weight of whose spear weighed three hundred shekels of brass in weight, he being girded with a new sword, thought to have slain David.
撒下21:17 但洗鲁雅的儿子亚比筛帮助大卫，攻打非利士人，将他杀死。当日跟随大卫的人向大卫起誓说：“以后你不可再与我们一同出战，恐怕熄灭以色列的灯。”
撒下21:17 But Abishai the son of Zeruiah succoured him, and smote the Philistine, and killed him. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.
撒下21:18 后来，以色列人在歌伯与非利士人打仗，户沙人西比该杀了伟人的一个儿子撒弗。
撒下21:18 And it came to pass after this, that there was again a battle with the Philistines at Gob: then Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Saph, which was of the sons of the giant.
撒下21:19 又在歌伯与非利士人打仗，伯利恒人雅雷俄珥金的儿子伊勒哈难杀了迦特人歌利亚。这人的枪杆粗如织布的机轴。
撒下21:19 And there was again a battle in Gob with the Philistines, where Elhanan the son of Jaareoregim, a Bethlehemite, slew the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver's beam.
撒下21:20 又在迦特打仗，那里有一个身量高大的人，手脚都是六指，共有二十四个指头，他也是伟人的儿子。
撒下21:20 And there was yet a battle in Gath, where was a man of great stature, that had on every hand six fingers, and on every foot six toes, four and twenty in number; and he also was born to the giant.
撒下21:21 这人向以色列人骂阵，大卫的哥哥示米亚的儿子约拿单就杀了他。
撒下21:21 And when he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimeah the brother of David slew him.
撒下21:22 这四个人是迦特伟人的儿子，都死在大卫和他仆人的手下。
撒下21:22 These four were born to the giant in Gath, and fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.
