哀3:1 我是因耶和华忿怒的杖，遭遇困苦的人。
哀3:1 I AM the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.
哀3:2 他引导我，使我行在黑暗中，不行在光明里。
哀3:2 He hath led me, and brought me into darkness, but not into light.
哀3:3 他真是终日再三反手攻击我！
哀3:3 Surely against me is he turned; he turneth his hand against me all the day.
哀3:4 他使我的皮肉枯干，他折断（或作“压伤”）我的骨头。
哀3:4 My flesh and my skin hath he made old; he hath broken my bones.
哀3:5 他筑垒攻击我，用苦楚（原文作“苦胆”）和艰难围困我。
哀3:5 He hath builded against me, and compassed me with gall and travail.
哀3:6 他使我住在幽暗之处像死了许久的人一样。
哀3:6 He hath set me in dark places, as they that be dead of old.
哀3:7 他用篱笆围住我，使我不能出去，他使我的铜链沉重。
哀3:7 He hath hedged me about, that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy.
哀3:8 我哀号求救；他使我的祷告不得上达。
哀3:8 Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer.
哀3:9 他用凿过的石头挡住我的道；他使我的路弯曲。
哀3:9 He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, he hath made my paths crooked.
哀3:10 他向我如熊埋伏，如狮子在隐密处。
哀3:10 He was unto me as a bear lying in wait, and as a lion in secret places.
哀3:11 他使我转离正路，将我撕碎，使我凄凉。
哀3:11 He hath turned aside my ways, and pulled me in pieces: he hath made me desolate.
哀3:12 他张弓将我当作箭靶子。
哀3:12 He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
哀3:13 他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
哀3:13 He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins.
哀3:14 我成了众民的笑话；他们终日以我为歌曲。
哀3:14 I was a derision to all my people; and their song all the day.
哀3:15 他用苦楚充满我，使我饱用茵陈。
哀3:15 He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath made me drunken with wormwood.
哀3:16 他又用沙石碜断我的牙，用灰尘将我蒙蔽。
哀3:16 He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes.
哀3:17 你使我远离平安，我忘记好处。
哀3:17 And thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: I forgat prosperity.
哀3:18 我就说：“我的力量衰败，我在耶和华那里毫无指望！”
哀3:18 And I said, My strength and my hope is perished from the LORD:
哀3:19 耶和华啊，求你记念我如茵陈和苦胆的困苦窘迫。
哀3:19 Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall.
哀3:20 我心想念这些，就在里面忧闷。
哀3:20 My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me.
哀3:21 我想起这事，心里就有指望。
哀3:21 This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.
哀3:22 我们不至消灭，是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱，是因他的怜悯不致断绝。
哀3:22 It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
哀3:23 每早晨这都是新的。你的诚实极其广大！
哀3:23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
哀3:24 我心里说：“耶和华是我的分，因此，我要仰望他。”
哀3:24 The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
哀3:25 凡等候耶和华、心里寻求他的，耶和华必施恩给他。
哀3:25 The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.
哀3:26 人仰望耶和华，静默等候他的救恩，这原是好的。
哀3:26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
哀3:27 人在幼年负轭，这原是好的。
哀3:27 It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
哀3:28 他当独坐无言，因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。
哀3:28 He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne it upon him.
哀3:29 他当口贴尘埃，或者有指望。
哀3:29 He putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there may be hope.
哀3:30 他当由人打他的腮颊，要满受凌辱。
哀3:30 He giveth his cheek to him that smiteth him: he is filled full with reproach.
哀3:31 因为主必不永远丢弃人。
哀3:31 For the LORD will not cast off for ever:
哀3:32 主虽使人忧愁，还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。
哀3:32 But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.
哀3:33 因他并不甘心使人受苦、使人忧愁。
哀3:33 For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.
哀3:34 人将世上被囚的踹（原文作“压”）在脚下，
哀3:34 To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
哀3:35 或在至高者面前屈枉人，
哀3:35 To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,
哀3:36 或在人的讼事上颠倒是非，这都是主看不上的。
哀3:36 To subvert a man in his cause, the LORD approveth not.
哀3:37 除非主命定，谁能说成就成呢？
哀3:37 Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not?
哀3:38 祸福不都出于至高者的口吗？
哀3:38 Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good?
哀3:39 活人因自己的罪受罚，为何发怨言呢？
哀3:39 Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?
哀3:40 我们当深深考察自己的行为，再归向耶和华。
哀3:40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
哀3:41 我们当诚心向天上的 神举手祷告：
哀3:41 Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.
哀3:42 “我们犯罪背逆，你并不赦免。
哀3:42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned.
哀3:43 你自被怒气遮蔽，追赶我们；你施行杀戮，并不顾惜。
哀3:43 Thou hast covered with anger, and persecuted us: thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied.
哀3:44 你以黑云遮蔽自己，以致祷告不得透入。
哀3:44 Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that our prayer should not pass through.
哀3:45 你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。
哀3:45 Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.
哀3:46 我们的仇敌都向我们大大张口。
哀3:46 All our enemies have opened their mouths against us.
哀3:47 恐惧和陷坑，残害和毁灭，都临近我们。”
哀3:47 Fear and a snare is come upon us, desolation and destruction.
哀3:48 因我众民遭的毁灭，我就眼泪下流如河。
哀3:48 Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
哀3:49 我的眼多多流泪，总不止息，
哀3:49 Mine eye trickleth down, and ceaseth not, without any intermission,
哀3:50 直等耶和华垂顾，从天观看。
哀3:50 Till the LORD look down, and behold from heaven.
哀3:51 因我本城的众民，我的眼，使我的心伤痛。
哀3:51 Mine eye affecteth mine heart because of all the daughters of my city.
哀3:52 无故与我为仇的追逼我，像追雀鸟一样。
哀3:52 Mine enemies chased me sore, like a bird, without cause.
哀3:53 他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝，并将一块石头抛在我身上。
哀3:53 They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and cast a stone upon me.
哀3:54 众水流过我头，我说：“我命断绝了！”
哀3:54 Waters flowed over mine head; then I said, I am cut off.
哀3:55 耶和华啊，我从深牢中求告你的名。
哀3:55 I called upon thy name, O LORD, out of the low dungeon.
哀3:56 你曾听见我的声音；我求你解救，你不要掩耳不听。
哀3:56 Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.
哀3:57 我求告你的日子，你临近我说：“不要惧怕！”
哀3:57 Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not.
哀3:58 主啊，你伸明了我的冤，你救赎了我的命。
哀3:58 O LORD, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life.
哀3:59 耶和华啊，你见了我受的委屈，求你为我伸冤。
哀3:59 O LORD, thou hast seen my wrong: judge thou my cause.
哀3:60 他们仇恨我，谋害我，你都看见了。
哀3:60 Thou hast seen all their vengeance and all their imaginations against me.
哀3:61 耶和华啊，你听见他们辱骂我的话，知道他们向我所设的计，
哀3:61 Thou hast heard their reproach, O LORD, and all their imaginations against me;
哀3:62 并那些起来攻击我的人口中所说的话，以及终日向我所设的计谋。
哀3:62 The lips of those that rose up against me, and their device against me all the day.
哀3:63 求你观看，他们坐下、起来，都以我为歌曲。
哀3:63 Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I am their musick.
哀3:64 耶和华啊，你要按着他们手所做的，向他们施行报应。
哀3:64 Render unto them a recompence, O LORD, according to the work of their hands.
哀3:65 你要使他们心里刚硬，使你的咒诅临到他们。
哀3:65 Give them sorrow of heart, thy curse unto them.
哀3:66 你要发怒追赶他们，从耶和华的天下除灭他们。
哀3:66 Persecute and destroy them in anger from under the heavens of the LORD.
