箴言第11章

箴11:1 诡诈的天平为耶和华所憎恶;公平的法码为他所喜悦。

箴11:1 A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.

箴11:2 骄傲来,羞耻也来;谦逊人却有智慧。

箴11:2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

箴11:3 正直人的纯正必引导自己;奸诈人的乖僻必毁灭自己。

箴11:3 The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.

箴11:4 发怒的日子,资财无益;惟有公义能救人脱离死亡。

箴11:4 Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.

箴11:5 完全人的义必指引他的路,但恶人必因自己的恶跌倒。

箴11:5 The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.

箴11:6 正直人的义,必拯救自己;奸诈人必陷在自己的罪孽中。

箴11:6 The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them: but transgressors shall be taken in their own naughtiness.

箴11:7 恶人一死,他的指望必灭绝;罪人的盼望,也必灭没。

箴11:7 When a wicked man dieth, his expectation shall perish: and the hope of unjust men perisheth.

箴11:8 义人得脱离患难,有恶人来代替他。

箴11:8 The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked cometh in his stead.

箴11:9 不虔敬的人用口败坏邻舍;义人却因知识得救。

箴11:9 An hypocrite with his mouth destroyeth his neighbour: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.

箴11:10 义人享福,合城喜乐;恶人灭亡,人都欢呼。

箴11:10 When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.

箴11:11 城因正直人祝福便高举,却因邪恶人的口就倾覆。

箴11:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

箴11:12 藐视邻舍的,毫无智慧;明哲人却静默不言。

箴11:12 He that is void of wisdom despiseth his neighbour: but a man of understanding holdeth his peace.

箴11:13 往来传舌的,泄漏密事;心中诚实的,遮隐事情。

箴11:13 A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.

箴11:14 无智谋,民就败落;谋士多,人便安居。

箴11:14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

箴11:15 为外人作保的,必受亏损;恨恶击掌的,却得安稳。

箴11:15 He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for it: and he that hateth suretiship is sure.

箴11:16 恩德的妇女得尊荣;强暴的男子得资财。

箴11:16 A gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain riches.

箴11:17 仁慈的人善待自己;残忍的人扰害己身。

箴11:17 The merciful man doeth good to his own soul: but he that is cruel troubleth his own flesh.

箴11:18 恶人经营,得虚浮的工价;撒义种的,得实在的果效。

箴11:18 The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness shall be a sure reward.

箴11:19 恒心为义的,必得生命;追求邪恶的,必致死亡。

箴11:19 As righteousness tendeth to life: so he that pursueth evil pursueth it to his own death.

箴11:20 心中乖僻的,为耶和华所憎恶;行事完全的,为他所喜悦。

箴11:20 They that are of a froward heart are abomination to the LORD: but such as are upright in their way are his delight.

箴11:21 恶人虽然连手,必不免受罚;义人的后裔,必得拯救。

箴11:21 Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered.

箴11:22 妇女美貌而无见识,如同金环带在猪鼻上。

箴11:22 As a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so is a fair woman which is without discretion.

箴11:23 义人的心愿,尽得好处;恶人的指望,致干忿怒。

箴11:23 The desire of the righteous is only good: but the expectation of the wicked is wrath.

箴11:24 有施散的,却更增添;有吝惜过度的,反致穷乏。

箴11:24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.

箴11:25 好施舍的,必得丰裕;滋润人的,必得滋润。

箴11:25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.

箴11:26 屯粮不卖的,民必咒诅他;情愿出卖的,人必为他祝福。

箴11:26 He that withholdeth corn, the people shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it.

箴11:27 恳切求善的,就求得恩惠;惟独求恶的,恶必临到他身。

箴11:27 He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him.

箴11:28 倚仗自己财物的必跌倒;义人必发旺如青叶。

箴11:28 He that trusteth in his riches shall fall; but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

箴11:29 扰害己家的,必承受清风;愚昧人必作慧心人的仆人。

箴11:29 He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind: and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.

箴11:30 义人所结的果子就是生命树,有智慧的必能得人。

箴11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

箴11:31 看哪,义人在世尚且受报,何况恶人和罪人呢?

箴11:31 Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.
