约19:1 当下彼拉多将耶稣鞭打了。
约19:1 Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him.
约19:2 兵丁用荆棘编作冠冕戴在他头上，给他穿上紫袍，
约19:2 And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,
约19:3 又挨近他说：“恭喜犹太人的王啊！”他们就用手掌打他。
约19:3 And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands.
约19:4 彼拉多又出来对众人说：“我带他出来见你们，叫你们知道我查不出他有什么罪来。”
约19:4 Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him.
约19:5 耶稣出来，戴着荆棘冠冕，穿着紫袍。彼拉多对他们说：“你们看这个人！”
约19:5 Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!
约19:6 祭司长和差役看见他，就喊着说：“钉他十字架！钉他十字架！”彼拉多说：“你们自己把他钉十字架吧！我查不出他有什么罪来。”
约19:6 When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.
约19:7 犹太人回答说：“我们有律法，按那律法，他是该死的！因他以自己为 神的儿子。”
约19:7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God.
约19:8 彼拉多听见这话，越发害怕。
约19:8 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid;
约19:9 又进衙门，对耶稣说：“你是哪里来的？”耶稣却不回答。
约19:9 And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
约19:10 彼拉多说：“你不对我说话吗？你岂不知我有权柄释放你，也有权柄把你钉十字架吗？”
约19:10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?
约19:11 耶稣回答说：“若不是从上头赐给你的，你就毫无权柄办我，所以把我交给你的那人，罪更重了。”
约19:11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
约19:12 从此彼拉多想要释放耶稣，无奈犹太人喊着说：“你若释放这个人，就不是凯撒的忠臣（原文作“朋友”）。凡以自己为王的，就是背叛凯撒了。”
约19:12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.
约19:13 彼拉多听见这话，就带耶稣出来，到了一个地方，名叫铺华石处，希伯来话叫厄巴大，就在那里坐堂。
约19:13 When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.
约19:14 那日是预备逾越节的日子。约有午正，彼拉多对犹太人说：“看哪，这是你们的王！”
约19:14 And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King!
约19:15 他们喊着说：“除掉他！除掉他！钉他在十字架上！”彼拉多说：“我可以把你们的王钉十字架吗？”祭司长回答说：“除了凯撒，我们没有王！”
约19:15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.
约19:16 于是，彼拉多将耶稣交给他们去钉十字架。
约19:16 Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away.
约19:17 他们就把耶稣带了去。耶稣背着自己的十字架出来，到了一个地方，名叫髑髅地，希伯来话叫各各他。
约19:17 And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:
约19:18 他们就在那里钉他在十字架上，还有两个人和他一同钉着，一边一个，耶稣在中间。
约19:18 Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.
约19:19 彼拉多又用牌子写了一个名号，安在十字架上，写的是：“犹太人的王，拿撒勒人耶稣。”
约19:19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.
约19:20 有许多犹太人念这名号，因为耶稣被钉十字架的地方，与城相近，并且是用希伯来、罗马、希利尼三样文字写的。
约19:20 This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
约19:21 犹太人的祭司长就对彼拉多说：“不要写‘犹太人的王’，要写‘他自己说我是犹太人的王’。”
约19:21 Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.
约19:22 彼拉多说：“我所写的，我已经写上了。”
约19:22 Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.
约19:23 兵丁既然将耶稣钉在十字架上，就拿他的衣服分为四份，每兵一份；又拿他的里衣，这件里衣原来没有缝儿，是上下一片织成的。
约19:23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
约19:24 他们就彼此说：“我们不要撕开，只要拈阄，看谁得着。”这要应验经上的话说：“他们分了我的外衣，为我的里衣拈阄。”兵丁果然做了这事。
约19:24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.
约19:25 站在耶稣十字架旁边的，有他母亲与他母亲的姊妹，并革罗罢的妻子马利亚和抹大拉的马利亚。
约19:25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.
约19:26 耶稣见母亲和他所爱的那门徒站在旁边，就对他母亲说：“母亲（原文作“妇人”），看，你的儿子！”
约19:26 When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!
约19:27 又对那门徒说：“看，你的母亲！”从此那门徒就接她到自己家里去了。
约19:27 Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.
约19:28 这事以后，耶稣知道各样的事已经成了，为要使经上的话应验，就说：“我渴了。”
约19:28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
约19:29 有一个器皿盛满了醋，放在那里，他们就拿海绒蘸满了醋，绑在牛膝草上，送到他口。
约19:29 Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.
约19:30 耶稣尝（原文作“受”）了那醋，就说：“成了！”，便低下头，将灵魂交付 神了。
约19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
约19:31 犹太人因这日是预备日，又因那安息日是个大日，就求彼拉多叫人打断他们的腿，把他们拿去，免得尸首当安息日留在十字架上。
约19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
约19:32 于是兵丁来，把头一个人的腿，并与耶稣同钉第二个人的腿都打断了。
约19:32 Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.
约19:33 只是来到耶稣那里，见他已经死了，就不打断他的腿。
约19:33 But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs:
约19:34 惟有一个兵拿枪扎他的肋旁，随即有血和水流出来。
约19:34 But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
约19:35 看见这事的那人就作见证，他的见证也是真的，并且他知道自己所说的是真的，叫你们也可以信。
约19:35 And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.
约19:36 这些事成了，为要应验经上的话说：“他的骨头一根也不可折断。”
约19:36 For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.
约19:37 经上又有一句说：“他们要仰望自己所扎的人。”
约19:37 And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.
约19:38 这些事以后，有亚利马太人约瑟，是耶稣的门徒，只因怕犹太人，就暗暗地作门徒。他来求彼拉多，要把耶稣的身体领去。彼拉多允准，他就把耶稣的身体领去了。
约19:38 And after this Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, besought Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took the body of Jesus.
约19:39 又有尼哥底母，就是先前夜里去见耶稣的，带着没药和沉香约有一百斤前来。
约19:39 And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight.
约19:40 他们就照犹太人殡葬的规矩，把耶稣的身体用细麻布加上香料裹好了。
约19:40 Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury.
约19:41 在耶稣钉十字架的地方有一个园子，园子里有一座新坟墓，是从来没有葬过人的。
约19:41 Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulchre, wherein was never man yet laid.
约19:42 只因是犹太人的预备日，又因那坟墓近，他们就把耶稣安放在那里。
约19:42 There laid they Jesus therefore because of the Jews' preparation day; for the sepulchre was nigh at hand.
