伯11:1 拿玛人琐法回答说：
伯11:1 Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,
伯11:2 “这许多的言语岂不该回答吗？多嘴多舌的人岂可称为义吗？
伯11:2 Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should a man full of talk be justified?
伯11:3 你夸大的话，岂能使人不作声吗？你戏笑的时候，岂没有人叫你害羞吗？
伯11:3 Should thy lies make men hold their peace? and when thou mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?
伯11:4 你说：‘我的道理纯全，我在你眼前洁净。’
伯11:4 For thou hast said, My doctrine is pure, and I am clean in thine eyes.
伯11:5 惟愿 神说话，愿他开口攻击你，
伯11:5 But oh that God would speak, and open his lips against thee;
伯11:6 并将智慧的奥秘指示你；他有诸般的智识。所以当知道： 神追讨你，比你罪孽该得的还少。
伯11:6 And that he would shew thee the secrets of wisdom, that they are double to that which is! Know therefore that God exacteth of thee less than thine iniquity deserveth.
伯11:7 你考察，就能测透 神吗？你岂能尽情测透全能者吗？
伯11:7 Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection?
伯11:8 他的智慧高于天，你还能做什么？深于阴间，你还能知道什么？
伯11:8 It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know?
伯11:9 其量，比地长，比海宽。
伯11:9 The measure thereof is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.
伯11:10 他若经过，将人拘禁，招人受审，谁能阻挡他呢？
伯11:10 If he cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him?
伯11:11 他本知道虚妄的人；人的罪孽，他虽不留意，还是无所不见。
伯11:11 For he knoweth vain men: he seeth wickedness also; will he not then consider it?
伯11:12 空虚的人却毫无知识，人生在世好像野驴的驹子。
伯11:12 For vain man would be wise, though man be born like a wild ass's colt.
伯11:13 你若将心安正，又向主举手。
伯11:13 If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;
伯11:14 你手里若有罪孽，就当远远地除掉，也不容非义住在你帐棚之中。
伯11:14 If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.
伯11:15 那时，你必仰起脸来，毫无斑点；你也必坚固，无所惧怕。
伯11:15 For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea, thou shalt be stedfast, and shalt not fear:
伯11:16 你必忘记你的苦楚，就是想起也如流过去的水一样。
伯11:16 Because thou shalt forget thy misery, and remember it as waters that pass away:
伯11:17 你在世的日子要比正午更明，虽有黑暗，仍像早晨。
伯11:17 And thine age shall be clearer than the noonday: thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning.
伯11:18 你因有指望，就必稳固，也必四围巡查，坦然安息。
伯11:18 And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yea, thou shalt dig about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety.
伯11:19 你躺卧无人惊吓，且有许多人向你求恩。
伯11:19 Also thou shalt lie down, and none shall make thee afraid; yea, many shall make suit unto thee.
伯11:20 但恶人的眼目必要失明，他们无路可逃，他们的指望就是气绝。”
伯11:20 But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giving up of the ghost.
