诗143:1 （大卫的诗。）耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，留心听我的恳求，凭你的信实和公义应允我。
诗143:1 Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
诗143:2 求你不要审问仆人，因为在你面前，凡活着的人没有一个是义的。
诗143:2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
诗143:3 原来仇敌逼迫我，将我打倒在地，使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。
诗143:3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
诗143:4 所以我的灵在我里面发昏，我的心在我里面凄惨。
诗143:4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
诗143:5 我追想古时之日，思想你的一切作为，默念你手的工作。
诗143:5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
诗143:6 我向你举手，我的心渴想你，如干旱之地盼雨一样。（细拉）
诗143:6 I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
诗143:7 耶和华啊，求你速速应允我！我心 神耗尽，不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一样。
诗143:7 Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
诗143:8 求你使我清晨得听你慈爱之言，因我倚靠你；求你使我知道当行的路，因我的心仰望你。
诗143:8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
诗143:9 耶和华啊，求你救我脱离我的仇敌，我往你那里藏身。
诗143:9 Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
诗143:10 求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的 神。你的灵本为善，求你引我到平坦之地。
诗143:10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
诗143:11 耶和华啊，求你为你的名将我救活，凭你的公义，将我从患难中领出来。
诗143:11 Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.
诗143:12 凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌，灭绝一切苦待我的人，因我是你的仆人。
诗143:12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
